Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lynx AI websites, the Lynx desktop app, Lynx cloud services, connected integrations, and related product experiences.
By using Lynx, you agree to these Terms. If you use Lynx on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Using Lynx
- You are responsible for your account, workspace, device, connected integrations, and the activity that occurs through your authorized use of Lynx.
- You must use Lynx in compliance with applicable laws, provider terms, workspace policies, and the permissions granted by each connected service.
- You may not misuse Lynx to violate security controls, access data without authorization, interfere with services, distribute malware, spam users, or infringe the rights of others.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs and actions before relying on them, especially when Lynx drafts, edits, sends, creates, deletes, or modifies content in other software.
Connected Services
Lynx can connect to third-party services such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and other integrations you authorize. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Lynx only receives the permissions you approve through the provider authorization flow. You can disconnect integrations in Lynx or revoke provider access from the third-party service where supported.
When you ask Lynx to act through a connected service, you authorize Lynx to send requests, read authorized content, create content, update content, or perform other actions within the permissions you approved.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, connect, create, or authorize Lynx to process. You grant Lynx the rights needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the product features you use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Lynx and to use Lynx with connected accounts, workspaces, files, messages, pages, databases, and other materials.
AI Features
Lynx uses AI systems to help read, summarize, draft, search, plan, and act across software. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a specific use without review.
You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs and confirming any important action before using, sharing, or relying on the output. Lynx is not a substitute for professional advice.
Plans And Billing
Some Lynx features may require a paid plan, usage credits, or other billing arrangement. Prices, quotas, limits, and plan features may change with notice where required.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and billing support are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Security And Availability
We work to keep Lynx secure and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every environment.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product changes, or protection of users and services.
Disclaimers
Lynx is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynx AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Lynx after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
